With National S’more Day only 4 days away we are searching high and low for delicious ways to celebrate.
Because as much as I love a campfire, sitting around one in early August has absolutely no appeal to me. I knew the best way for us to celebrate was to put a new twist on a classic treat.
There are approximately 4 flavor combos that are guaranteed to win you some major points with me. Pumpkin spice, coconut (no globs of shredded stuff please), lemon or key-lime, and s’more. Today’s post is all about that magical last one and celebrating the holiday, that celebrates it.

I have talked about my love for caffeinated beverages frequently on this space. They get me through my very early mornings, late nights, and days that end in the letter y. True story. Where you may think that my love for warm drinks ends with coffee, you couldn’t be any further from the truth. I happen to be a huge fan of hot tea. There is just something so cozy and inviting about a cup of tea. Anytime I go to fix myself a cup of tea I almost always find Russ requesting one too. Hot tea is just one of those things that brings people together.

I’ve said it before and I will likely say it again, in our house PBJ is always on standby. Especially when it comes to our oh so sweet and oh so pick Emily Elizabeth.
