Hello weekend! After a week of intense last minute work on the house. I am SO ready for the weekend. Except I think it may include… even more work 🙄 . We are so close friends. So close to that for sale sign, so close to wrapping up our school year, and so close to all things SUMMER!

I did it. I finally changed my Instagram Handle.
So if you are looking for me, that is where you will find me.
I have been wanting to make the change for well over a year now and I kept talking myself out of it. I finally decided to just go for it.
So long sweets… 🙁
This week was the beginning of me kicking sweets to the curb. Starting the day after the girls received Easter candy probably wasn’t the smartest thing I have ever done, but I felt like it was now or never.
In phase one I have given up candy, cake, cookies and yes… even donuts 😥 . I am eating more protein and TRYING to limit my bread and pasta intake. I have also bumped up my water intake and switched up my coffee routine. I WILL NOT give up my coffee. I am going to keep this up for about 2 weeks (Lord willing) And from there I will reevaluate and create a new game plan if needed.
I ran out of time this week to do a full Easter recap but honestly I didn’t take enough pictures to put one together anyways. So, I decided to throw a few Easter photos in to this weeks Friday post! Better late than never, right?!
On top of watching my sugar I have also been working out with Anna again. It has been over a year since we have hit up the gym together and I am loving our time there together. I really feel like we do a good job of motivating each other to do the things we don’t enjoy doing.
A little accountability in the gym goes a LONG way.
