The Kids Behind The Blog, April 2016

It is the third month of The Kid(s) Behind the blog and last month we grew even more. There is just something so fun about putting the spot light on those kids and letting their personalities really shine through. I am LOVING reading your posts and co-hosting this link-up.

The link-up will stay open for a while, so even if you missed linking up today it isn’t too late to join the fun!

This month’s questions.

What is your favorite thing to do with your friends?

Marissa // Play…. Hide and seek!

Emily // That’s a hard one. What are you writing down?! Uh….. I guess to play hide and seek.

Who is your favorite person?

Marissa // Aahhhh, that’s hard. I really like you, daddy and Emily. I can’t just pick one.

Emily // Can it be two or however many I want?
Me: Nope, just one.
Let’s say I love you! (hugging me)

When playing outside, what do your ideal sunny day plans look like?

Marissa // Go swimming!

Emily // Go to the pool!

What do you like to do when it’s raining? (Since April showers bring May flowers)

Marissa // Run around and dance in the rain.

Emily // Play in the rain and splash in puddles.

If you could plant a garden of anything, what would you plant?

Marissa // A raspberry bush and cupcake tree!

Emily // Magical pumpkins that can grow into watermelons.

Oh those girls make me smile!

Those are the best answers! I love what they said they’d grow. If Marisa figures out how to grow cupcakes is move into your neighborhood.

    • Haha! I’ll send you some seeds once we nail it down :P.

  • Amy Smith

The smiles on your sweet girls’ faces are just priceless! They exude happiness!

  • Whitney Jordan

Love those girls!! And sign me up for the cupcake tree and raspberry bushes πŸ™‚ My veggie garden didn’t do so hot last year, but I’d be highly motivated to keep those two things alive.

    • My garden did TERRIBLY last year too. It wan’t nearly hot enough early on and it rained SO much. I am hoping and praying that things go much better this year.

  • I’m so there for those cupcake trees – let me know when that happens! I love this link up! πŸ™‚
